The US government has allegedly retracted a $33m (£22m) tax write-off on Joe Francis's financial returns.
According to TMZ, the Girls Gone Wild founder actually owes them millions of dollars despite having filed papers with the US Treasury Department releasing him from the debt.
However, he does not owe them the full amount that they originally requested. The executive actually only needs to pay $29m (£19m), rather than the original $33 (£22m).
Francis has yet to comment about his financial circumstances.
