Jeff Brazier has revealed that his sons are coping with the death of their mother Jade Goody.

Goody passed away on Mother's Day last year after battling cervical cancer but Brazier told the Daily Star that their children Bobby, 6, and Freddie, 5, talk about her "every day".

"It's in a very normal capacity, on a day-to-day basis," he said. "And they are surrounded by friends and family who loved Jade very much. We all talk about her all the time so she is still a very big part of the boys' life.

"I'm not expecting them to forget about Jade and I don't want them to. Bobby and Freddy are coping and they are truly happy but there isn't a day that goes by when they don't think of Mum. That will be especially true for Mother's Day. Jade was the best mum my children could have had and she is loved and never forgotten."

Brazier also revealed that he is working with a bereavement charity called Grief Encounter, adding: "[They] send a counsellor to see Bobby and Freddie on a regular basis. We talk about it at the right time and in the right way."

Living will mark the anniversary of Goody's death with the documentary Jade: A Year Without Her, which is scheduled to air on March 21 at 9pm.
