Jeff Brazier will take Bobby, six, and Freddy, five, to "mummy's Special Place" today so that they can lay flowers and their artwork at her final resting place.
Hours before her death a year ago today, Goody named three of her bridesmaids as the boys' "fairy godmothers" to help care for them when she was gone.
Kate Jackson, Kelly Reading and Charlene Hull, said that they continue to honour the Big Brother star's dying wish.
"We could never replace Jade for them, but we're trying the best we can to give them all the love and support they need," Jackson told the Sunday Mirror.
"When Bobby and Freddy come over we have 'snuggle time' on the sofa and watch DVDs. They are boys and pretend they don't need hugs, but a little hand will come searching for mine. Freddy loves giving cuddles and kisses and 'belly-on-belly' hugs."
Reading, 30, added that Brazier is doing a "great job" raising the boys. "Mother's Day will be emotional. They'll be at her grave, which they call "Mummy’s Special Place"."
