Mark Owen 'to be forgiven by wife'

Mark Owen's wife Emma has decided to take the popstar back for the sake of their children, according to a report.

The couple, who have 3-year-old son Elwood and 1-year-old daughter Willow together, have been at the centre of a public scandal in recent days after Mark confessed that he had cheated with around ten different women before their wedding last November.

However, a source told The Sun: "Emma will do absolutely anything for her beautiful children. Mark has been a complete idiot - which he openly admits - but it doesn't stop him being a brilliant dad.

"He dotes over those kids and Emma knows it. It's a long road ahead. But for the sake of their children, she will forgive him."

Mark entered rehab last week after admitting to a long-running alcohol problem.

An insider added: "Mark has told Emma he will be staying in rehab 'indefinitely'. That was the word he used. He begged her to give him time to prove he can give up drinking forever.

"He said he might feel strong enough to come home after just one week, or it might take a month or more. He is doing everything to convince her he is worth staying with."
