Katie Price 'bans pink from wedding'

Katie Price has reportedly banned the colour pink from her forthcoming second wedding to Alex Reid.

The glamour girl had a pink theme when she married first husband Peter Andre in a lavish event at Highclere Castle, Hampshire in 2005. However, it is thought that the star wants to show how much she has changed as she plans her next nuptials.

Price and Reid tied the knot last month in a 'quickie' Las Vegas ceremony. Yesterday it was reported that the couple are now planning a second wedding which could bag them a £1 million magazine deal.

Speaking of the pair's hopes for the occasion, a source told The Mirror: "Guests will be welcomed with champagne and canapes and cupcakes. They will be picked up by coach and taken to a top secret location on the day.

"But one thing the wedding won't be is pink. [Katie's] been there, done that. She's moved on."

The insider added: "The more extravagant and romantic the better for Katie. She wants a traditional English theme, but likes the idea of a fairground element and pony rides for the kids."

It is also thought that Price wants the ceremony to be "star-studded" and may approach Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am to perform on the day.
