The actor was arrested on Christmas Day following an apparently violent altercation with his spouse. He was later remanded on felony menacing, misdemeanour third-degree assault and misdemeanour criminal mischief.
Sheen, who was initially expected to plead no contest to all charges, is now believed to have entered a plea deal and the prosecution is not seeking jail time, TMZ reports.
A trial date has been announced for July 21.
