Cyrus: 'My mum had a crush on Liam'

Miley Cyrus has revealed that her mother Tish loves her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

The 17-year-old star, who met Hemsworth when they starred together in The Last Song, said that she took her mother and grandmother on set with her on her first day.

Cyrus told Us Magazine: "I don't know who had a bigger crush on him at the beginning, my mum or me. I was like, 'No, maybe he's just too pretty. I don't want to be with someone who's better looking than me. That's like awkward.'"

Hemsworth recently said of meeting Cyrus on set: "We spent a lot of time together. We're shooting together every day and together on weekends and we were kind of each other's only friends down there. We just got really close. We enjoyed being around each other."
