The judge in Michael Jackson's molestation trial has given a green light to the prosecution's use of two books found in the pop star's bedroom in 1993.

Prosecutors say that the books, which were obtained during the 1993 molestation investigation, contain picture of nude boys.

Jackson's defence team, objecting to the prosecution's request, called the books "stale."
