JLS star Marvin 'in date disaster'

JLS singer Marvin Humes has reportedly had a disastrous dinner date with new girlfriend Rochelle Wiseman.

According to The Sun, Humes was left embarrassed after inviting the Saturdays popstar over to his home so they could enjoy a romantic Italian meal together.

It is thought that the X Factor star's choice of pasta dish ended up being more difficult to cook than expected and Wiseman eventually had to take over in the kitchen because his efforts were going so badly.

A source explained: "They can go out for dinner any time they want so he thought that it would be much more special if he made her dinner, even though he can't cook.

"He tried to knock up a pasta dish but it went from bad to worse. Rochelle ended up taking over because he was getting in a right mess.

"They both love Italian food and he thought a bowl of pasta would be pretty easy to prepare. He really wanted to impress her."

Humes confirmed his romance with Wiseman earlier this month following weeks of tabloid rumours.
