The late Brittany Murphy has been labelled "an accident waiting to happen" by an LA practitioner.

Eddie Bubar, owner of Eddie's Pharmacist, filled 100 prescriptions for the actress, her husband Simon Monjack and her mother Sharon between January 2008 and August 2009, reports TMZ.

Bubar reportedly sold the Clueless star Hydrocodone, Kilonopin and other drugs under various aliases, including Lola Manilow Murphy. It is believed that a courier would then pick up an envelope with the word 'Lola' written on it every two weeks and deliver it to the celebrity's residence.

"We thought there was going to be an accident there," Bubar said after he allegedly cut the family off.

However, Monjack countered that he, Brittany and Sharon used aliases to protect their identities for safety.

"You know how this town is," he stated. "We're the ones who cut Eddie's Pharmacy off."
