Hewitt 'totally fine with Kennedy split'

Jennifer Love Hewitt has insisted that she is "totally fine" following her break-up from ex-boyfriend Jamie Kennedy.

The Ghost Whisperer co-stars, who began dating early last year following the end of Hewitt's engagement to Ross McCall, has assured her fans that the two are still very close.

Speaking to People, Hewitt said: "It was a mutual decision and we've parted as friends. There's no anger, there's no upset, there's no enemies.

"It's been totally fine. It's really a testament to who he is and to who I am. We're both grown-ups."

Earlier this week, Hewitt revealed that the former couple will continue to be friends in spite of their separation.
