Simon Cowell 'to marry on yacht'

Simon Cowell has decided to marry fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy on a yacht, according to reports.

The music mogul confirmed that he was engaged to the American Idol make-up artist earlier this month.

Showbiz Spy quotes a source as saying: "Simon sees Barbados as his home from home. It would be such a great place to get married, and the plan is to do it at sea.

"The idea is to pick up all the guests in Barbados and then sail to St Barts and get married there."

The insider added: "Then they'd all sail back to Barbados for a huge party. It would just be close friends and family on the yacht. Simon has been saying he'd name it after himself."

Cowell's mother Julie has previously revealed her wishes for her son to marry at her local church in East Sussex.
