The television presenter married his wife Lisa in 2006 and told the Daily Star that he is now looking forward to expanding their family.
"I'd love to have a baby soon," he said. "We've been married for four years now so obviously we've talked about it.
"Dec only lives a couple of doors down the road so he can babysit and I can take Lisa down the boozer. I've got it all planned out."
Ant & Dec were recently forced to defend their latest show Push The Button because it has struggled in the ratings.
