Jesse James 'fighting for child custody'

Jesse James's ex-wife has filed for custody of their only daughter, according to reports.

TMZ says that Janine Lindemulder hopes to win her 6-year-old daughter Sunny back.

Her lawyers allegedly plan to use her June 14 court date to argue her case following James's recent apology for being unfaithful to his current wife Sandra Bullock.

Lindemulder, who has previously praised Bullock for her parenting skills, lost custody of Sunny after she was found guilty of tax evasion last year.
