According to TMZ, realtor Amer Haddadin wrote a letter to a Dr Phil producer appealing to the host and Winfrey to aid Suleman.
"Dr Phil and Operah took personal interest in the steps that led to Nadia moving to the house. I have a hope that both Dr Phil and Operah will help me in timely and fair solution (sic)," read the message.
Haddadin had previously threatened foreclosure if the mother-of-eight doesn't pay him what he is owed.
The seller's rep said that Suleman's lawyer told him that the parent should not have to pay because the roof and plumbing are below par.
