Minogue, who signed up to front the new campaign with Lisa Snowdon, announced the date and time that her first advert would be shown via Twitter.
She tweeted: "Tune in to ITV1 tomorrow night [March 24th] between 19:00 & 19:30 to watch the first showing of the new Spring/Summer Marks and Spencer ad!"
Ex-footballer Jamie Redknapp, TV star Caroline Quentin, singer VV Brown and model Ana Beatrix Barros will also appear in the new spring promos, which are thought to be part of a post-recession marketing overhaul.
The 38-year-old recently revealed that she is writing her autobiography.
