Monjack denies Murphy mother romance

Simon Monjack has dismissed rumours that he is dating his late wife Brittany Murphy's mother Sharon.

Since Murphy passed away in December, Monjack and his mother-in-law have comforted each other and have lived in the same house.

However, The Sun reports that Monjack has denied that their relationship is romantic.

"We don't have sex, number one," he said. "Number two, she is a woman that has toxic neuropathy, which means she can barely walk. I live downstairs, she lives upstairs."

Monjack recently revealed that he and Sharon Murphy are planning to move to New York, although they will live in separate homes.
