Joe Jackson to file wrongful death suit?

According to TMZ, Joe is to send Murray's lawyer a notice of his intentions next week.
California law says that the plaintiff in a medical malpractice wrongful death suit must give 90 days' notice before taking the case to court.
The senior Jackson's lawyer announced that the litigation will seek punitive damages, economic support and loss of companionship. It will also ask for an unspecified amount of money.
"That's like throwing a bucket of water on a man drowning in the ocean," replied Murray's attorney Ed Chernoff.
