Dennis Hopper too ill to appear in court

The actor has been deposed by his estranged wife Victoria Duffy, who is fighting the terms of their prenuptial agreement. Hopper's doctor claimed that the actor, who has been battling prostrate cancer for months, is too ill to appear in court.
"It is doubtful that Mr. Hopper will ever recover sufficiently to be subject to a deposition", oncologist David B. Agus stated, according to E! Online.
Hopper has placed a restraining order against Duffy and spent $160,000 in legal fees to prevent his wife's filings.
The actor is scheduled to be inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame on March 26.
