Lakshmi 'refuses to see baby's father'

Padma Lakshmi has reportedly said that she wants "nothing to do" with her baby's father.

According to People, the star's child Krishna's biological father Adam Dell has been trying to contact her.

"Her relationship with Dell was nothing more than an on-again, off-again fling. She moved on months ago," said an insider. "The only role he will have in her life going forward is as the biological father of her child. She wants nothing more to do with him."

The Top Chef host has always remained silent regarding the father's identity ever since her announcement that she was pregnant last October.

After stories surfaced referring to Dell – whose tycoon brother Michael founded computer-manufacturing company Dell Inc – Lakshmi has refused to discuss their relationship.

"I have a newborn," she said previously. "I just want some peace and privacy."
