According to TMZ, the former Hills star now faces his second alcohol-related offence in a month.
Wahler's blood alcohol level was apparently 0.15% following the incident on March 19. He could spend six months in jail if he is convicted of the two counts.
Earlier this month, the reality TV personality was arrested after a bar fight in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, before being anonymously bailed out.
