Underwood 'wants dog for ring-bearer'

Carrie Underwood has revealed that her pet dog will be a ring-bearer at her upcoming wedding.

The singer, who is marrying sports star Mike Fisher, said that despite wanting her chihuahua Ace to be involved, she is not sure whether she can trust him not to eat the piece of jewellery.

Underwood told Us magazine: "He'll be one of the ring-bearers. I don't know if I'll give him the actual ring. He would probably run away with it or eat it or something.

"He's like my kid. It would be like if I was getting married and I had a child - of course my child would be in the wedding!"
