Barbara Bush released from hospital

According to WENN, the former first lady and mother to ex-US President George W. Bush underwent open heart surgery.
The 84-year-old was admitted to The Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX in February after experiencing shortness of breath.
The surgery commenced on March 4 after doctors discovered a hardened valve which, if left untreated, could have resulted in heart failure and death.
Doctors believe that she may have suffered a mild relapse of Graves disease since the surgery.
