The 1858 house has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a ten-car garage and 3,000 square metres of land.
Estate agents LJ Hooker denied showing the house to Kidman but confirmed that an offer on the property had been received.
Fellow Australian actress Cate Blanchett reportedly lives three doors away with her husband Andrew Upton.
