On Thursday, Justin Massler was freed on $10,000 bond after an arraignment on Thursday.
The 27-year-old was arrested last month for sending messages threatening to kill himself in Trump's New York jewellery store.
Massler's defence attorney George Vomvolakis claimed that his client never intended to physically harm her.
Trump currently hosts The Celebrity Apprentice and is a vice president at her father Donald's real estate company.
