Benji Madden wins celebrity boxing match

The Good Charlotte guitarist squared off against Riki Rachtman on Saturday night in Las Vegas. Madden knocked the former MTV host down three times in a span of one minute, 40 seconds before the referee stopped the fight.
"Benji Madden just kicked my ass," Rachtman said. "I got wasted by the guy in Good Charlotte."
Madden, who had climbed the ropes of the ring to celebrate, responded: "That was the best backhanded congratulations I've ever gotten, but thanks anyways."
After the fight, Madden was spotted with E network reality star and former Playmate Holly Madison at club Wasted Space.
