Witnesses have testified that Janet Arvizo made no attempt to 'escape' Jackson's aides when she was supposedly being held at the star's Neverland ranch.
Orthodontist Jean Lorraine Seamount and bodywaxer Carole McCoy told the court how Arvizo did not try to distance herself from Jackson's staff when she visited them during the period it is alleged that she was being held against her will at Jackson's home.
However, former housekeeper Maria Gomez testified on Monday that Arvizo had told her that she was unable to leave the premises and asked her for help in escaping.
