Sandra Bullock's estranged husband has checked back into the Sierra Tucson Treatment Centre, reports Radar Online. James was said to have left the facility after just one week of treatment only days ago.
He was seeking help for sex addiction.
The former Celebrity Apprentice contestant is apparently desperate to save his marriage following reports that he cheated on his Oscar-winning spouse.
Bullock has supposedly prepared divorce papers against James, but she has yet to officially file such documents.
