Radio bosses have announced that Geri Halliwell's next single Desire will not make their playlists.
Breakingnews.ie reports that Geri has high hopes for the single resurrecting her flagging music career, but the powers that be in Radio 1 and Capital FM seem to have different ideas.
A spokesman for Radio 1 explained: "We've only got a finite amount of room on our playlists and we chose songs we think our audience are interested in. Geri's isn't one we'll be adding."
