Justin Massler, the man accused of stalking Ivanka, was released on $10,000 bail last week and ordered to stay away from the heiress and her family.
Trump expressed his feelings about the situation at the eighth annual Dressed to Kilt Charity Fashion Show at New York's M2 Ultra Lounge on Monday.
"He’s got really big problems, and the things he wrote and said were really terrible and at the worst level," he said. "He's a really sick guy... So, we’re handling it!"
Massler was arrested in Nevada in early March and was later arraigned on misdemeanor stalking and harassment charges.
He is currently awaiting trial at his mother's home in Reno, Nevada.
