Mischa Barton 'dismisses outfit critics'

Mischa Barton has reportedly dismissed criticism that she received over an outfit she wore in Los Angeles over the weekend.

The former O.C. star was photographed sporting yellow jeans and a blouse tied at the stomach during a coffee run on Sunday.

When quizzed about the ensemble by a TMZ cameraman, she replied: "That was my Easter outfit. You guys shouldn't have been photographing me if you didn't like what I was wearing!"

As she drove away, the actress joked: "Don't hate on my yellow banana pants!"

It was recently rumoured that Barton has put her Hollywood Hills home on the market for $8.4 million (£5.6 million).
