The former Law & Order star revealed that many Latinos in the film industry are treated poorly because of their ancestry.
"What I'm troubled by is, you cannot name a brown-skinned Latino male who can get a film greenlit," Bratt told the New York Daily News.
"There isn't one. Why not? It still seems we are treated like an exotic other."
The 46-year-old, whose mother is Peruvian, claimed that his South American looks have hindered his career as a leading man. He said that film executives think Latinos look too "exotic" to play leading roles in movies.
