The X Factor judge was turned into a cartoon character for a 'Minnie The Minx' strip, the Daily Star reports.
In the comic, Minnie pulls Cowell's infamous high-waisted trousers over his head in an 'Atomic Wedgie', before tickling Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson with feather dusters.
Cartoonist Ian McLaughlin said: "Simon's known for his trousers and Minnie decided she'd go all the way and just pull them over his head. And Sir Alex is known for being notoriously serious but Minnie isn't scared of anyone - certainly not him."
Earlier this year, celebrities including JLS and Alesha Dixon appeared in a special Sport Relief edition of the comic.
