The 16-year-old singer, who met the 'Dangerously In Love' star at the Grammy Awards earlier this year, said that he has had a crush on her since he was only seven years old.
Bieber told Interview magazine: "I've been totally in love with [her] since I was seven. She kinda broke my heart when she married Jay-Z."
The musician has previously said of his first meeting with his idol: "It was amazing. I was a little nervous but I told her she was very good-looking. Actually she's super hot."
