In an interview on Real Time With Bill Maher, the comedian-actor joked about the Democratic Party's reluctance to exercise its majority in both chambers of Congress in order to push the bill forward, reports Global Grind.
Rock claimed that he couldn't understand the Democratic Party's fear over the Republicans' minority.
The 45-year-old told Maher: "It's like, we're winning by 20, and we're like, 'Oh no, they got us now!'"
Rock also insisted that he saw the health reform as a "people rights issue" and not as a civil rights issue.
