Cyrus: 'Movie kiss triggered something'

Miley Cyrus says that her on-screen kiss with Liam Hemsworth triggered something special in her head.

The pair met on the set of upcoming movie The Last Song and have since become a couple.

Cyrus told The Mirror of their first embrace on set: "That kiss definitely triggered something.

"It triggered something in my head that made me realise this was going to be a lot of fun and it made me realise that one day you can feel bad and the next you can meet someone who is your soulmate or your best friend or whatever and that's really cool."

She added: "Love makes you feel beautiful and it makes you feel good about yourself.

"It's having someone complete you and helping you learn more about yourself - someone who continues to inspire you and helps you be a better person. That's what Liam does to me."

Of her split from previous boyfriend Nick Jonas, she said: "At first I bawled for a month straight. I was so sad."
