The 41-year-old fashion designer, who also has 21-year-old daughter Daisy from a relationship with Bush singer Gavin Rossdale, admitted that her latest pregnancy was "not entirely" planned, but claimed that the couple are "thrilled" with the news.
"I'm sure a lot of people will think Danny and I have gone mad. Five kids!" she told Hello magazine. "It is a bit mental. But Danny and I are over the moon."
Lowe and Goffey have sons Alfie, 13 and Frankie, 10, and daughter Betty, 4.
"Everyone is really happy for us. I think they might think in the back of their heads that we are a little crazy - but there's no change there," said drummer Goffey.
"We are hardly the most conventional of families as it is. Another addition to the Goffey Mad House."
