The couple have previously revealed that they intend to have a child together, with Price saying that she could not wait to be "Reid-inated".
Reid recently refused to confirm or deny the suggestion that Price is pregnant, but he has since told Star that she has not yet conceived.
"I keep being asked whether Katie is pregnant, and I just say, 'Maybe, maybe not'. It's the easiest response," he admitted. "But I can tell you that she’s not pregnant at the moment."
Price currently has three children. She is the parent of daughter Princess Tiaamii and son Junior with her ex-husband Peter Andre and is mother to son Harvey from a former relationship with Dwight Yorke.
