Brandon Davis denies Mischa Barton jibes

Brandon Davis has reportedly denied making comments about Mischa Barton's weight.

The former O.C. star, who previously dated Davis, was reported to be upset after he allegedly posted the remarks on his Twitter account.

However, speaking to In Touch Weekly, oil heir Davis said: "I would never say anything nasty about Mischa, especially about her weight."

Davis, who said that he does not even have a Twitter account, added: "I am p*ssed that someone stole my identity and started Twittering things."

Barton recently laughed off criticism surrounding an outfit that she wore in Los Angeles, telling the paparazzi that they shouldn't photograph her if they didn't like her clothes.
