The 36-year-old TV star said that she has ditched junk food and started dieting because she wants to start a family with her rugby player lover.
"I'm getting my body ready for a baby. I'm 36 now, and I've been with my boyfriend for two years, so the next step is marriage and kids," she told Closer.
"I want to be physically prepared, I'm ready to be a mum."
Byram is currently co-hosting BBC One's Total Wipeout on Saturday nights.
