'Saved By The Bell' star pens self-help book

According to Entertainment Weekly, the actress - who played Jessie Spano in the 1990s comedy - is planning to release Ask Elizabeth next spring.
The book has been described as a self-esteem guide for teenage girls and will include chapters on body image and dating.
It was reportedly inspired by questions Berkley has received from fans at the self-empowerment workshops she has organised for girls aged 11 to 18 over the last few years.
