The 42-year-old has been accused of copying the title from a New York clothing company, reports WENN.
Maggy London International has filed a lawsuit against the former Baywatch actress alleging that it trademarked the name Muse, the title Anderson gave to her range, in 2002.
Maggy London claims that they contacted Anderson before filing the suit to make her aware of its trademark.
The suit seeks for Anderson and partner Richie Rich to cease using any "colourable imitation" of the trademark and to hand over all profits from the line.
