Gillian Anderson reluctant to wed partner

Gillian Anderson has revealed that she is reluctant to marry her current partner because she doesn't want to risk ruining their relationship.

The X-Files star has been dating Mark Griffiths since 2006. Speaking to The Independent, Anderson said that she is in no rush to marry for a third time.

However, the 41-year-old claimed that she would probably end up marrying Griffiths some time in the future.

"Undoubtedly, it will happen at some point. But I just don't want the fact of it to change how things are. Things are fantastic the way that they are," Anderson explained.

She added: "And I'm slightly worried that there's something in me that... it all feels fine. I've already done it. I just don't want to screw things up. Things are great just as they are."
