Geri cries over album

Geri Halliwell has revealed that she burst into tears after completing her latest album.

"When I delivered this album to my record company, I was so happy, so relieved, I burst into tears," Geri told the Sunday Mirror today.

The past few months have been troublesome for the former Spice Girl. Her tour of the UK was postponed after she failed to sell out a single venue, leading to rumours that she would be dropped from her record label.

More recently, her latest single was snubbed by two major radio stations.

Geri will reunite with the rest of the Spice Girls for the Live 8 gig on July 2nd.
