According to The Mirror, the Take That singer signed himself out of London's The Priory clinic for the day to meet up with his wife and their two children.
A source told the newspaper: "It was the first time he has seen Emma since he went into rehab and it was very emotional.
"Mark really wants to patch things up but it is early days. He was so happy to be with the kids and Emma but there is still a long way to go."
Owen was reportedly kicked out by his wife soon after confessing to cheating on her before they were married and also to having a drinking problem.
