From 'Crazy Frog' to 'Brad the Brat'

The company responsible for the Crazy Frog is planning a new assault of ringtone characters.

Brad the Brat, Sweety the Chick and Nessie the Tiny Dragon are all due to menace mobile phones around the country in the coming months.

The success of the Frog reached a new peak this week when it beat Coldplay to the number one position in the singles chart.

"It's a very exciting time," Robert Smith of Jamster told Sky News. "It just shows how much the music industry's changing. And whether you like it or not, enough people do to make the Frog no.1.

"We didn't come along and change the music industry. It's been changing for a while and people have been in denial. And this is the sort of thing that highlights it."

He added that a second Crazy Frog single is already in the works.
