The Beverly Hills 90210 alum beat Chuck star Zachary Levi and actor Adrien Brody to the first place award.
"I gotta say, I got to give it up to Adrien Brody, we've been battling it out the past few days, and he is really a hell of a driver," Green said after the win.
Singer/actor Jesse McCartney and pro skateboarder Tony Hawk wrecked their cars while racing in the event, but both left the race uninjured.
Green, whose girlfriend Megan Fox was on hand to cheer him on, won a trophy and a $15,000 check for his charity of choice, Operation Smile.
Keanu Reeves, who won last year's race, finished in the middle of the group.
Green recently appeared on Smallville.
