The Australian TV presenter, who is best known for her roles on MTV and The 7pm Project, is believed to have got engaged to McNeil in January but has only recently spoken about the nature of their relationship.
The couple were seen at the 66 Vodka event in Los Angeles last week wearing engagement rings.
Rose, who reportedly introduced McNeil to guests at the event as her "fiancee", told Woman's Day magazine: "I am blessed, I am lucky... I am really lucky, my missus is amazing.
"We never talk about our relationship, because it is so sacred. But one thing everybody knows is I am lucky and I am happy and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn't do what I do now."
Rose's ring is said to be an emerald-cut diamond with two baguettes, while McNeil has been seen wearing a sapphire and diamond encrusted ring.
