The American Pie actress, who got engaged to entrepreneur Michael Axtmann in January after dating for several months, said that the planned May ceremony is no longer going ahead.
According to People magazine, Reid has released a statement saying: "Tara Reid has confirmed that she will not be moving forward with her May 22 nuptials."
It is not yet known if Reid and Axtmann have broken up or have just postponed their wedding.
Reid has previously been romantically linked to actor Steve Burton, tennis player Mark Philippoussis, TV host Carson Daly and American footballer Tom Brady.
