Eminem's latest lawsuit has been served up by US cabler Showtime, according to AllHipHop.com.
The pay TV network is apparently suing the rapper and his 'Shady Touring' company after negotiating fruitlessly to set up a live concert for broadcast on one of their channels.
The report states: "The network claims that Em’s inability to have a firm release date and his tour schedule prevented negotiations from taking place."
